主耶穌基督復活后頒布大使命時（太28:19-20），清楚地指示要如何建造門徒：

（1）去傳福音

（2）為決志的人施洗

（3）按主的吩咐教導他們。

因此教導事工是門徒能否傳承，教會能否質量平衡成長上重要的關鍵事工。

附圖是本教會對教導事工的異象。教導事工應該涉及三個不同大小的交流層面，並同時在三個不同的目標群體進行。在本教會裡，目前這些教導事工已經分別體現在主日學事工，團契事工，傳福音事工，及生命導師事工。

When Our Lord Jesus Christ issued His Great Commission (Matthew 28:19-20) after resurrection, He clearly specified three stages to build disciples: (1) Go to spread gospel (2) conduct baptism for new converts (3) teach them according to His commands. Therefore, teaching ministry is a crucial ministry whether a church can have spiritual stewardship and can grow qualitatively and quantitatively.

Below is a vision for the teaching ministry of BCEFC. The teaching ministry should involve three different sizes of human interaction levels in three different target groups respectively. At present, these teaching ministries embody in Sunday school ministry, fellowship group ministry, evangelism ministry, and mentorship ministry in BCEFC.
